OneDerLand is dedicated to creating a free and open internet where content creators can express themselves freely within the limits of the law and without the fear of illicit misuse of the platform. Our aim is to protect the freedom of expression and open debate on publicly important topics in an era where cancel culture and de-platforming have become prevalent.
We prioritize the needs of both creators and users by seeking their input on policies before implementing them, setting us apart from other big tech platforms that embrace cancel culture. Our rules are clear, transparent, and free from political or partisan bias, with non-discriminatory enforcement to ensure a fair and just platform.
The freedom of expression that OneDerLand seeks to protect prohibits any form of discriminatory behavior or misuse of the platform, including but not limited to, stalking and discrimination based on legally protected status.
On OneDerLand, users have the freedom to express themselves on controversial subjects without fear of censorship or sanction, as well as the freedom to hold and express unpopular beliefs.
OneDerLand's mission is not to suppress freedom of speech or expression, but rather to provide a safe space for open discourse that encourages free speech and free thinking.
However, we draw lines around a few narrowly defined but deeply important categories of content and behavior that jeopardize our users, threaten our infrastructure, and damage our community.
In that spirit, these are the OneDerLand Community Rules and Guidelines:
All content uploaded to OneDerLand must abide by the applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Unacceptable content Prohibited use of this service includes:
Terrorism. We don't tolerate content that promotes, encourages, or incites acts of terrorism. That includes content which supports or celebrates terrorist organizations, their leaders,or associated violent activities. Report terrorism
Hate Speech. Don't encourage violence or hatred. Don't post content for the purpose of promoting or inciting the hatred of, or dehumanizing, individuals or groups based on race, ethnic or national origin, religion, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, political views, veteran status, disability or disease. If you encounter content that violates our hate speech policies, please report it.
Keep in mind that a post might be mean, tasteless, or offensive without necessarily encouraging violence or hatred. In cases like that, you can always block the person who made the post—or, if you're up for it, you can express your concerns to them directly, or use OneDerLand’s debate feature to speak up, challenge ideas, raise awareness or generate discussion and debate. Report hate speech carefully, there are sanctions for unsubstantiated complaints Report hate speech
Harm to Minors. Don't post or solicit content that features the abuse of a minor, that includes suggestive or sexual content involving a minor or anyone that appears to be a minor, or that facilitates or promotes child sexual abuse. "Content" may include photos of real individuals, illustrations, animation, or text. Posting or reblogging child sexual abuse material is a serious crime for which we have no tolerance. We report all such instances to law enforcement around the world, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Report harm to minors
Promotion or Glorification of Self-Harm. Don't post content that actively promotes or glorifies self-harm. This includes content that urges or encourages others to: cut or injure themselves; embrace anorexia, bulimia, or other eating disorders; or commit suicide rather than, e.g., seeking counseling or treatment, or joining together in supportive conversation with those suffering or recovering from depression or other conditions. Dialogue about these behaviors is incredibly important and online communities can be extraordinarily helpful to people struggling with these difficult conditions. We aim for OneDerLand to be a place that facilitates awareness, support and recovery, and we will remove only those posts or blogs that cross the line into active promotion or glorification of self-harm. Report self-harm
Adult Content. Don't upload images, videos, or GIFs that show real-life human genitals or female-presenting nipples —this includes content that is so photorealistic that it could be mistaken for featuring real-life humans (nice try, though). Certain types of artistic, educational, newsworthy, or political content featuring nudity are fine. Don’t upload any content, including images, videos, GIFs, or illustrations, that depicts sex acts. Report adult content
Violent Content and Threats, Gore and Mutilation. Don't post content which includes violent threats toward individuals or groups - this includes threats of theft, property damage, or financial harm. Don't post violent content or gore just to be shocking. Don't showcase the mutilation or torture of human beings, animals (including bestiality), or their remains. Don't post content that encourages or incites violence, or glorifies acts of violence or the perpetrators. Report violent threats Report gore and mutilation.
Non-Genuine Social Gesture Schemes. Don't participate in schemes to drive up non-genuine Follows, Likes, Reblogs, etc. Don't orchestrate or engage in "follow trains", where users are encouraged to follow lists of other users to gain more followers for themselves. Don't make bulk or indiscriminate use of messaging features, like Fan Mail or Asks, to, for example, bait Reblogs/Follows or drive traffic to your blog or website. If you want people to like you, just play it cool and be yourself.
Deceptive or Fraudulent Links. Don't post deceptive or fraudulent links in your posts. This includes giving links misleading descriptions, putting the wrong “source” field in a post, setting misleading click-through links on images, or embedding links to interstitial or pop-up ads.
Misattribution or Non-Attribution. Make sure you always give proper attribution and include full links back to original sources. When reposting something, DO NOT inject a link back to your blog just to steal attention from the original post. If you want to report the unauthorized posting of content you created or have a copyright for, please do so here. Report misattribution or non-attribution
Username/URL Abuse or Squatting. OneDerLand’s usernames/URLs are meant for the use and enjoyment of all of our users. Don't squat, hoard, amass, accumulate, accrue, stockpile, rack up, buy, trade, sell, launder, invest in, ingest, get drunk on, cyber with, grope, or jealously guard OneDerland usernames/URLs.
Spam. Don't spam people. Don't make spammy posts, don't post spammy replies, don't send people spammy messages. Be a regular human. Don't put tags on your posts that will mislead or deceive searchers. For example, don't tag a photo of your cat with "doctor who" unless the name of your cat is actually Doctor Who, and don't overload your posts with #barely #relevant #tags. Of course, meaningful uses of tags are always fine (for example, ironic "punchline" tags that add meaning or context to a post). Don't put dubious code in your posts, like using JavaScript to cause redirects or inject unwanted ads in blogs. Don't use deceptive means to generate revenue or traffic, or create blogs with the primary purpose of affiliate marketing. Spam doesn't belong on OneDerLand. Report spam
Illegitimate Promotions. Please see our Promotions Guidelines for requirements around contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways.
Copyright or Trademark Infringement. Respect the copyrights and trademarks of others. If you aren't allowed to use someone else's copyrighted or trademarked work (either by license or by legal exceptions and limitations such as fair use), don't post it.
Impersonation and Non-Genuine Behavior. Don't do things that may cause confusion between your accounts and pages and another person, organization, or company, like registering a deliberately confusing URL or pretending to be a celebrity or an elected official. Don't impersonate anyone. While you're free to ridicule, parody, or marvel at the alien beauty of Benedict Cumberbatch, you can't pretend that you're actually Benedict Cumberbatch. Report impersonation or non-geniune behavior
Stalking and Harassment Don't engage in targeted abuse, bullying, or harassment. Don't engage in the unwanted sexualization or sexual harassment of others. If someone is sending you unwanted messages, or reblogging your posts in an abusive way, we encourage you to be proactive. Report them, and block the hell out of them. And if someone blocks you, don't attempt to circumvent the block feature or otherwise try to communicate with them. Report harassment
Bullying, such as misusing the platform to make others uncomfortable in their use of the platform through a pattern of continuous conduct, creating a reasonable fear in another person for their personal safety or deterring a reasonable user from use of the service in fear of such digital stalking;discriminating against others based on their legally protected status, such as attacking other members or content creators on the platform, based on that user’s race, religion, or other legally protected status. Report Harassment
Privacy Violations. Don't use OneDerLand to deceptively obtain personal information. Don't post content that violates anyone's privacy, especially personally identifying or confidential information like credit card numbers, social security numbers, or unlisted contact information. Absolutely do not post non-consensual pornography—that is, private photos or videos taken or posted without the subject's consent. Report privacy violations
Disruptions, Exploits, or Resource Abuse. Our servers, and the valiant engineers behind them, work hard for you. Don't attempt unauthorized use, disruption, or exploitation of OneDer.Land or our other products and services, or otherwise abuse OneDerLand’s resources.
Unlawful Uses or Content. Don't use OneDerLand to conduct illegal behavior, like fraud or phishing. That should be pretty obvious to you, a decent human being. Don't use OneDerLand for any kind of exchange of regulated drugs, substances, devices, goods, or weapons. Don't use OneDerLand to buy them, sell them, trade them, or to share instructions for manufacturing them. This includes firearms, firearm parts, 3D-printed firearms or parts, explosives, ammunition, or anything else designed to hurt others.Report sale of drugs or prohibited materials Report phishing

This includes spreading false information about how to vote, when to vote, or where to vote. Report Election Inteference

OneDerLand Removal Notice & Sanctions
OneDerLand’s commitment to our community – of both content creators (“Creator(s)”), and content consumers (“Consumer(s)”) – is to ensure clarity, transparency, and the impartial and apolitical application of our rules and terms of service.
While the free and meaningful expression of ideas is the ethos of our proverbial digital public square, we have established certain rules to remain compliant with applicable laws, and to foster and protect an environment in which the free and meaningful expression of ideas can in fact occur.
We strive to implement these rules fairly and transparently, but it is possible that a Creator believes content has been wrongly removed from the platform.
This is our removal and appeals process:
All identification of potentially contravening content (“Alleged Contravening Content”) is done on an ad hoc basis by, Creators or Consumers (“Community Identification”) Because Community Identification is both a right and a privilege, any Creator or Consumer who engages in wrongful, abusive, and/or unjustified Community Identification of content may be sanctioned for such behavior as provided for herein.
Community Identification
In the event that a Creator or Consumer flags or otherwise reports Alleged Contravening Content, such content will be subject to manual review by OneDerLand representatives (“OneDerLand Rep”). In the event that the OneDerLand Rep determines that the Community Identification was ill-founded and does not lead to any further action by OneDerLand (an “Unsubstantiated Complaint(s)”), the Creator or Consumer shall receive a warning for having submitted an Unsubstantiated Complaint.
Sanction for Unsubstantiated Complaints
A Creator or Consumer who submits three (3) Unsubstantiated Complaints within a four (4) month period shall receive a first warning, which shall result in the suspension of OneDerLand services to that Creator or Consumer for one (1) week (a “First Strike”). A Creator or Consumer who submits an additional three (3) Unsubstantiated Complaints within a subsequent four (4) month period shall be subject to suspension of two (2) weeks (a “Second Strike”). And a Creator or Consumer who submits an additional three (3) Unsubstantiated Complaints within a subsequent four (4) month period shall be blocked from OneDerLand for a period of one (1) year.

If the Creator removes the allegedly infringing content from OneDerLand or provides evidence of authorized use within twelve (12) hours of notification, at the sole discretion of OneDerLand, no strike shall be assessed against the Creator.
OneDerLand Removal Notice & Sanctions
In the event that a OneDerLand Rep deems the Community Identification to be legitimate or otherwise substantiated, OneDerLand shall remove the Contravening Content from the platform without further notice or delay, save and except for a notification via email to the Creator who uploaded the Contravening Content advising them of the removal (a “OneDerLand Removal Notice”)
A Creator who receives three (3) OneDerLand Removal Notices within six (6) months of a first OneDerLand Removal Notice shall have their OneDerLand account terminated. In the event that a Creator who has received a OneDerLand Removal Notice does not receive three (3) such notices within six (6) months of the issuance of the first such OneDerLand Removal Notice, such notices shall automatically extinguish six (6) months after the issuance of the any such OneDerLand Removal Notice. Other than overtly illegal content or violent content as determined at the sole discretion of OneDerLand, all terminations will be for a period of one (1) year, after which the Creator may apply for the restoration for their account.
Immediate Termination
If a Creator receives a OneDerLand Removal Notice for content that, in the opinion of the OneDerLand Rep, is sufficiently egregious or clearly in violation of any applicable law, OneDerLand may terminate the account immediately, subject to appeal as provided below.
Appeal to the OneDerLand Community
In the event that a OneDerLand Rep issues a OneDerLand Removal Notice to a Creator, and that Creator believes the OneDerLand Removal Notice was unwarranted, illegitimate and unjustified (an “Illegitimate Removal Notice”), that Creator shall have the right, within a period of fifteen (15) days of the issuance of the OneDerLand Removal Notice, to appeal the issuance of the OneDerLand Removal Notice to the “OneDerLand’s Council Of Quality Control” (“OCQC”).
Composition of the OCQC
The OCQC shall consist of OneDerLand Creators with a proven track record of consistent and active content creation, who are in good standing within the OneDerLand community, and have a sufficient following on the platform, as determined by OneDerLand. The criteria for OCQC shall be disclosed to the OneDerLand community and may be updated or modified from time to time.
The OCQC panel shall consist of no less than nine (9) Creators and shall always consist of an uneven number of Creators so as to avoid a potential tie on an OCQC review. The OCQC shall, within seventy-two hours, by simple majority, have the final determination in affirming or reversing the initial decision of the OneDerLand Rep on the OneDerLand Removal Notice.
The results of the OCQC review, and any explanatory notes as the case may be, shall be made available to the Creator and the OneDerLand community for full transparency. The identities of the specific OCQC on any given decision shall not be publicly disclosed. However, a list of the Creators who are OCQC shall be made public and updated from time to time, as required. OCQC may receive remuneration of preferential Onederland premiums for their participation in the OCQC service they render for the OneDerLand Community in the context of this OneDerLand appeal process.
In the event that the OCQC reverse a OneDerLand Removal Notice that had been issued by a OneDerLand Rep, all the rules provided for herein as relates to Unsubstantiated Complaints shall apply mutatis mutandis. For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, this removal and appeals process is in addition to, and does not replace, any applicable notification or counter-notification actions or obligations contained in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). OneDerLand’s DMCA procedures are outlined at OneDer.Land
